msd coil pack

hey, quick question....is the coil pack the same between the zx3 and the svt? msd coil pack worth the money or just stick with the stock coil?

When I bought mine the price may have been cheaper or similar to oem which is why I bought the msd.

Unless there's something wrong with the stock one, not worth it one bit. Stock has been proven to support 400+ numerous times as well as millions of stock/lightly mod'd cars.

Granted, on an old points distributor engine, a crank trigger ignition is well worth the investment. Even so, it is generally one of the last things done. In these cars, it's not worth it.
