yea, he should do it. My car had a steeda intake and all i did was show him a printout with the CARB cert number on it. I think the AEM is legal. And as long as you still have a cat, the exhaust wont matter.
Make sure you have no check engine lights and that you have driven the car over 100 miles at least after you last disconnected the battery.

I'm gonna have to get my new o2 sensors on my car before I do it... I am running with a constant check engine light.

Are you sure both have to be changed?
When the code comes up does it say "Bank 1-sensor 1"
Or "bank 1-Sensor 2" ?
Oh and be careful with Bosch sensors, my SVT doesn't like them!

I ordered OEM Motorcraft sensors from a ford dealer that sells everything for 10% over cost. Still cost me about $60 each... The after-cat sensor is fried, the before-cat sensor has a bad heater circuit. I figured I'd just replace them both and get it over with.

my rear 02 sen. went out and i was not runing one for a while cause i had an orp
and so when i put my cat back on ( the cat not the mbrp) i was just using a plug thing
cause the rear one was no good ..lol then me and chris went to pick and pull
and they had 2 focus but no motors in them , but laying next to one of them was part of the exhaust all cut up and stuff the part was about a foot long from right before the
flex pipe, and it had the 02 sen. in it so i looked around and used some vise grips and..
lets just say i got a free working 02 sen. that day lol

Mike from Hillbish Ford will sell you these products at cost. I got my O2 sensor from him a couple weeks ago... saved a bunch!
