yah on camera and from sitting back in the seat they looks good but truth is me and my points where i done think straight got the better of me used to coarse of a grit sand paper and messed up the look of the plastic so even with 3 coats of paint and 2 clear coats you can see the sand lines in the plastic, lesson learned lolz

That is somewhat like what I did, only I painted the vents red, and the heater control/radio bezel black to match the dash. The whole thing is a matter of how it looks to you.

I went out and bought all new trim pieces so if I didn't like the looks, I could go back easily. I made no attempt to sand anything before painting....just cleaned it really well. After that I painted all the pillar trim and the trim above/around the windows......black replacing it's OEM silver.

It's amazing the difference it makes.....the OEM paint scheme is blah.

That's exactly what I am afraid of doing. I wouldn't mind adding some color to the interior other than the radio panel that came with my SES. It looks good from the picks but I am just as picky and any flaws would bug the crap out of me! I hope it works out for you! Looks great from here though!
