Well today I put on my Borla exhaust. The hardest part of the install was getting the oem off. I broke a jig-saw blade and had to go to osh to get a hacksaw. That thing took forever to cut through. After that part it was simple, the rest of the install after getting that thing cut couldn't have taken longer than 30 minutes. The cars been running great since the install so I'm very happy. Very nice deep tone and no rice, if you're looking into getting an exhaust definitely look at Borla.

Lets get some pics going, cant wait to see how it looks BC i am planning on getting a system soon also, too bad it wont be borla or magnaflow (just too expensive for me as i am just out of highschool). But hope you are happy with the system and future endeavors.

I paid $406 shipped, but I think it will be more expensive because borla has increased the price for vendors 15%. I'll get some pics up for you tomorrow after I wash the car (maybe wax it too).

hmmm, sounds like an exhaust cutter tool woulda saved you some time (available for rent at most auto parts stores), but in any event glad to hear you got it on. now post some pics!

No ones prices have gone up that I have seen?

myfordperformance.com also went down about 15% to $365. everyone has been saying its going to be more expensive, but i havent seen it yet.

I dunno, MadPerformance said that their base price before shipping is now something like $399, but I have seen $365 from everywhere else. Maybe they are just trying to get rid of their old stock before they have to pay a higher price? I dunno, but anywho, I got it for $365 before shipping and that was good enough for me.

Glad you love it man!! Borla > rice. someone said something about just being out of highschool, if you can save up the money its definately worth it, There isn't much more exhaust systems for less than 350 so. I got quoted at 240 for Flowmaster with 2.5" piping. But im not sure about flowmaster on a 4 banger. So i saved up for the borla :)
