it's all good man. some of your closest friends can come from fights or getting into it over something small. i met my best friend, since i was in the first grade, fighting over something. then we were pretty much inseparable.

the last car that i made f/i was an 01 mustang bullitt. turbo was a turbonetics 60 series, can't remember which one it was because my dad bought it for me and told me that it would be best for the application. everything was ok except for the tuning. it was a pain in the ass to get it nailed down right. took me about 3 weeks to make a good street tune and a track tune. i started out with it way too much on the safe side and very slowly worked my way up. after all was said and done, it was a 500+whp monster. i had to run DRs all of the time

Ok thanks to everyone and your responses. I am going to do up a catchcan of some kind, with 2 inputs. One from the crankcase (with no pcv valve) and one from the valvecover. And then i will put a filter on another hole in the catchcan.

Like this guy (pocus02x3), only less flashy

Anyone have a stock oil separator laying around? mine is leaking and spewing oil all over the place. and no its not just the gasket i think theres a hole in it from rust.

I could go to the blockoff plate but people are having problems with too much oil coming out of it in the tube.

Whoa, OK lots of info in this.

So my options are:

1) run it into the intake and have hot air and oil go back in the car. Ew...

2) put a filter on it and have an unequal vacuum. I'm not sure of the consequences...

3)plug it and keep nasty stuff in the top of my car?

Zetec specific info. in case anyone with a different engine reads this (zetec valve cover hose routed to air box, BEFORE MAF)

1) Usually has suction, most hot air/oil is from crankcase through PCV to intake manifold. DON'T run into intake after MAF. Stock has a filter element in airbox to clean intake air, also catches oil droplets to help keep the air filter clean when back flow occurs.

2) Works, filter needs occasional cleaning, Wire/Gauze type like a miniature K&N popular for easy cleaning.

3) Don't even think about it.
