Don't you LOVE the Ads?

"you can't drive but you don't want to walk, parking is impossible, you're going to hit something eventually - so sign up for insurance where the first crunch is forgiven"

Ha, yeah. Wonder how much the rates go up on crunch two, return of the crunch.

I want an insurance company that will promise to watch my car during the day or install cameras. Then when people scratch my focus they dispatch an agent to go key their car or urinate on the door handles.

NYC people hang "Bumper Bully" rubber pads on their back bumper so they can bump park without dinging it as bad. See plenty there with really nicked up rear ends.

Would love to take pictures - no claims for you & you & you...

Slightly off-topic but...

My next door neighbor walked out yesterday morning and found is car missing. It was stolen. I asked him if he had theft insurance and he said yes; but has a $2000 deductible! Ouch! The guy left the car open all the time, plus windows down most of the time. Dummy.

Now here is the funny part. His car is/was a 1990 Honda Accord that leaked lots of oil. The cars' estimated value is 1000 to 1500.

Total loss.

I'd say it's long past time for Progressive to ditch "Flo", and for Geico to ditch the lizard. And EBay should stop putting both images in the selection banners at the top of their pages. Like people are really going to go to EBay to purchase a car insurance policy.

I'd like to see insurance to be regulated nationally. The state by state system really sucks. Plus, forgiveness? Ha!!! They get their money out of all of us no matter what.

Until fairly recently insurance wasn't required in TN, heard they'd changed that so there's some requirement now.

When it wasn't required the rates were better than anywhere else, but there was the worry about uninsured drivers to contend with.
