Replacement projector?

Does anyone know who makes or distributes these projectors in North America? I bought a set used but the outer lights are not the ones that came with the set originally and the fit of the supplied outer lights look like garbage. I have the original inner lights with the angel eyes aswell so the outer ones look off for that reaso as well (no angel eye ring in them). Anyway here's a pic of the ones I have.

Do you have a link by any chance, googling that name doesn't come up with any tuner parts type company or anything like that.
