Trunk Panels. Will zx3/5 fit into my SVT?

I just took out the stock subwoofer and I want to replace the side panel (drivers side) in the trunk. It looks funny with no sub and a bunch of space between the carpet and the wall.

My question is will the trunk panels from a zx3 or zx5 fit since the sub is gone now?

Yes. When I had my first SVT I traded my sub for a regular panel. You gonna need a trunk mat from a regular zx3 zx5 as well.

Dang right! If I can find a zx3 in my local junk yard. All I ever see around me is sedans.

Do you mean the interior trunk trim on the side - the plastic panels?
Since you have a 5-door, the trim off a ZX-3 won't work. You need ZX-5 trim.

Apparently I was wrong.
I checked my collision parts database.
The side trunk trim for the ZX-3 and ZX-5 are the same.
It's ahead of the rear seat seatback where they are different.

Not the plastic pieces, he means the carpet.
