sorry for the massively late replies haha....i haven't had any problems with my plugs and i've had a cold air on my car, in some form, since i've had it....and that's been since Nov 2004...may just be a freak problem man...

Guys,

thinking of sharing my CAI setup, see pix below


I have 2 air intakes, one at the front grill & one at the wheel arch, higher than first one, just in case of flood. I have been using this setup ~1 year without problem. Love the improvement, especially with 4-2-1 manifold

BTW, mine is a Zetec Euro
