ALL have the keypad thing and I'm hooked on it. It makes it worse but it's a 'stick on'.... you'd never know. I'm so used to them, and planned on keeping this car forever, that I never really thought of how funny it is. It's EASILY removed...
I had a Lincoln back in the late 80s with that, and my mom's Freestar has one, too, and I can understand being hooked on it - it's come in handy many times.

But - MAN - does it look wrong on an SVTF!

Anyway, congrats on all the sincere - and deserved - interest this car is suddenly getting...

Notice the keys under the front seat in the picture of the lower front seat bolster...That's where they are ALL the time, I dont have to carry them, push the clicker and I'm in the garage they never leave the car, ha, ha, I never really thought about how it looks because i'm so used to it. It's kind of funny to me now that other people see it. The car I purchased for a daily driver today is not 'technically' a Ford (Volvo V70 R) and will not have the keypad so I promise I'll lock the keys in it 10x.

I'd wager that Murphy hearing/reading "You probably won't sell it on here though," probably had a lot to do with this... Congrats to both of you.
