How to turn stock 2009 HU light off?

Hello everyone, I'm new here and I'm a proud owner of a silver 2009 Focus 2.0L GLX (the most basic version, but they cost a fortune down in brazil).

Recently I got my driver's window smashed because some idiot thought the stock HU was something simple to steal. Luckily, there was nothing for him to take in my car, but I got my window smashed anyway. I gave it a bit of a thought and I realized that both the On-board computer that sits between the rev counter and the speedometer and the stock Sony HU stay with the red lights on all the time thus consuming battery and alerting burglars (quite common here) that I have a sound system (my old car, which was a VW with a non-stock unit, got mugged 3 times in 3 years). I tried calling Ford Brazil, which are clueless about the car they sell, and didn't get the answer for the following question: How can I turn off the lights of both the on-board computer and the sound system when the car is off, and the key isn't even in the ignition?

Thanks in advance!

P.S.: Sorry for the broken english.

Sure, I'll get my camera and will post them as soon as the window gets replaced (all parts are back-ordered). I learned that the car shuts the lights off 1 hour after you turned it off..I wonder if I can change it....
