tranny or clutch problem?

Was driving and my car popped out of gear. Will not go back in any gear. Shifter feels like it is going into gears and the linkage for the shifter in the engine bay is moving. Car will not move but the speedo does move when I give it gas. 2000 Zx3 5 speed zetec. Thanks everyone in advance.
