I got my 02 ZX3 for $16 on my 16th birthday. It's been running strong, and I am the second owner since I got it from my aunt. I'm so thankful for it...

I got my 2007 ZX3 back in Sep '07, for $9,998. It had ~14xxx miles on it. I was 18. I'm 19 now, got about $6,500 left to pay, at ~28xxx miles now. Its my second car after my '99 Contour 16V V6 got into an accident and was totaled by my insurance company. It still runs fine, and there doesn't seem to be much damage. I plan on swapping out the V6 and putting it in my ZX3 in a few years, when I have my car paid off.

Let's see:
Mine is 2003 / SVT Focus / that had 2 miles on the clock / at $21,000 / when I was 23

I am now 27 / still a 2003 SVT Focus / worth less than $5,000 (But paid off) / and has 140K on the clock

I missed the low mileage and newness of the car ... it's up there now.
