The heim joints are adjustable, so it possible to add more negative camber.

The best way to adjust camber is with camber plates. You can adjust the camber a couple of degrees with the lower control arms. It would preload the bushings, but again the best way to do it is with the camber plates.

sweet jesus no! say buh bye to your bushings. I dont care what certifications your engineers have, your putting out untested crapla.

'For Christ sakes, a failure in the first production run? have you even tested your product? before marketing something, I suggest testing it to ensure that your advice doesn't result in someones suspension taking a shit on a roadcourse, or maybe you should label it "aesthetics only"

The heim joints are QA1.

The control arms were made by this company for us. http://www.bluemooncars.com/bmm-cars-controlfreak.htm. They have been in business for awhile now making control arms, suspension components for many different cars. If someone has a tech question about the control arms, I would recommend calling them. Our control arms were installed on the owners svtf, which has been on his car for 5,000 hard miles. They have been working fine for him without any issues. We had a set on his car before we started to sell this unit, and we gave LC racing a set also. We did not run into any issues during our testing of our control arms.

LCAs breaking isn't an issue, hmm... perhaps its a peformance modification. I should go plasma cut mine right now!

We are not out to make a product that is going to break on our customers. It is a problem for both parties when something goes wrong. There is no reason for us to offer something that is not going to hold up.

We are currently investigating the cause of that one failure. So far, the manufacturer believes the failure was due to high carbon content in the steel used for that particular control arm (only one side failed). We do have other customers with our control arms without issues.

We do not expect the part to fail, which the control arm manufacture has indicated the same to us. We do tell our customers that are buying these control arms about this customer before we bill and ship the part so that they can make a make the decision about buying this part.

my issue is not with your product but your questionable sales and marketing practices. You state that you have had no issues yet that---> http://forums.focaljet.com/cfm/58751...ailable-2.html

is a huge problem. You need to stop forum hopping and shipping out product until you get whatever problem/ whomever the problem belongs to sorted.

STOP SELLING FAULTY PRODUCT!
