Nice. I've been wanting to upgrade my halos to hids with a hid kit. Gotta save up moar monies, though. But first, I need a set of ST mirrors so I can use the CF Mirror caps I ordered. They won't fit with the non-ST mirrors. I thought they were the same when I ordered them, except for the special features of the ST mirrors, that is.

Have a read of some of these technical articles from a UK tuning company called MSD, its what I do to kill time at work. Alot of very good information in the articles.

It's sunny and warm here in GA this weekend. I took my son out to log some drive time and so he could get some practice with the wife's MTX. He's better at it now, I guess I did a better job of explaining than the wife. He still needs practice, though.

you could just put HID's in them for now. I do now and the output is better than a halogen bulb and there is no glare above the shield. Just have to align the projectors oddly since they're cross eyed and slanted lol. Thats weird why they wont fit... ST Mirrors only have heat added to them, must have had to make room for a heater thing and redesign them i guess?

I'll try the HID bulbs when I get a chance. That's what I was thinking about the ST mirrors, too. I don't care about using the heater part, but I do like the collapsing feature on them.
