it is held on with glue or plastic melt rivents from the back, us have to take the whole door panel off and use an dremmal ball to grind em out and then itl pop off the front

As stated, that piece snaps off from the rest of the door panel. Take that little round screw cover off, take out the screw, and grab ahold of the top/right hand portion of the plastic. A good firm yank should unsnap it from the panel.

Really?? So there are no rivets that hold it in place from the back? In other words...if I get it off without removing the entire door panel, can I get it back on looking the same as it did before it was taken off (ie. gaps, spaces, etc...)

Thanks for all the help too!!
