Air Conditioning drain

My 05 ZX5 has the condensation from the a/c draining into the passenger side floor, can anyone tell me where I can locate the drain or why it is doing this? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

If the drain gets clogged for some reason, water will build up in the cooling unit (evaporator). Eventually it will spill over on the passenger floor.

On my '06 ('05s should be the same) you can see the little black drain hose coming out on the pass side, right under where the cooling lines enter the cabin. I needed to jack the car in the air, and search with a flashlight.

Sometimes you can fix a clogged drain by blowing into it with an air hose. Maybe poking a wire in there would work....or just blowing in there using an extension hose.

When it unclogs a bunch of water should flow out (if in fact you really have a clogged drain). Other possibilities.....a crack in the evaporator housing, or maybe the drain hose became detached from the housing.

Good luck...
