soooo I hate to say it but I'm getting bored of the focus build. I am seriously considering adding solid axles to the 5.0 setup to make it my offroad rig.

Had a heater hose break on me the other day... The bottom heater core hose that connects to the thermostat housing. Apparently, ford discontinued the hose. Finally special ordered one from my work. Gonna be a pita to fix.

a shorty header like this allows you to keep your cat and pass emissions
http://www.massivespeedsystem.com/jb.../i-252301.aspx

in fact i own this one.....its pretty nice but not as nice as the race header from fswerks. i put the shorty on to pass emissions and then i put the race header back on.

also the exhausts from fswerks are very nice. thats what i have

The SVT will and does pass emissions even with out a tune. You just need to do it right... Like adding the EGR Bung... My build thread shows what I have done to my SVT header to make it emission legal.
