If it has the factory amp, do you think it would be best to install my subs off that? I would imagine it would be pretty easy to remove the factory amp and install mine.

maybe just the speakers off of the factory one would work assuming thats how they did it

Ok so I got sound. But I have another problem. While I was getting wires tucked I had a spark and now neither the stock or aftermarket HU are turning on at all. Did I blow a fuse somewhere? Or what else could be going on?

That's what i thought. I went to o'reilly's hoping they could tell me what fuse. He confirmed it was a fuse but can't tell me what one. So now i need to either do some research or crawl under the the dash to the fuse box and find out.

yeah our computer system is shit as far as fuses go... that and most of the employees are stupid except for me lol

it should be like a radio fuse or something. does the 12v outlet work?

I know my phone car charger was plugged in and it worked no problem.
