unfortunately the turbo instal has to be delayed.. i mean i can install what i have, but the tuning will have to wait. for one, i don't have the money for it. (trying to pay off some debt atm.) for two, i don't really want to start tuning when the weather is crappy and by the time i'm done tuning, i won't even be able to drive it because of the snow and what not. i'm bummed, i want to be boosted already.

yeah no it's the mazda... I know it didn't handle but it's a bit excessive.

i wanted to powdercoat my SVT wheels orange i think they would look sick on my back car.

I'm torn on tires. I need new ones but I cant decide if I want to buy winters now and then another set of summers next spring or just buy one set of all seasons.

for my daily i just use my steelies for snowies and then keep all seasons on my other rims.
(i know steelies wont fit over SVT brakes)
if you have an extra set of wheels i say mount snow tires on them, it's a lot easier than swapping tires every time the season changes.

I'm in the same boat you are Ben. I'm thinking I'm just going to get a set of all seasons though.

Brock, i cannot recommend snow tires enough! especially here.. it's a great feeling being able to drive 15-20 mph faster than anyone else and drive with confidence.

I have a set of S2 16's that are chilling in my basement. Discount tire direct has the General Altimax Arctic for $106/per. I have 2 other sets of rims with summer tires on them so even in the spring I wouldn't HAVE to buy another set for the EAP rims.

For all seasons I'm looking at the new Kumho ecsta 4x, they have a $50 rebate on them right now and the brief reviews say they are good in light snow. They just came out this summer so they don't have any real world reviews about its snow handling.

those are the snow tires i have, you can even add studs if you need em.. they work perfectly. very predictable.

i'm not a fan of any Ecsta other than the XS, and those aren't all seasons. for all seasons i like Michelin or Dunlop..

the next question I have in the back of my mind is will a 16" rim fit over the new ST's brakes?
