must have been one of the dealer demo models so the sales people know a little bit about it when it shows up.

It's a Michigan plate. It appeared to have test equipment inside, but that could easily have just been a personal laptop, and a radar detector or GPS type device or something. A Super Duty was about to run me over, so I couldn't slow down to get a better pic.

i saw the listing for that yellow eap, my supervisor is actually going out to look at it tomorrow. he's not even a ford guy but he knows how much i like mine and understands they can be reliable if you take care of them. i told him to stay away from an svt as a daily, he is concerned about repairs and gas. my zx3 is is a tank, and gets great gas mileage.
knocking on wood btw.

ok guys i need some serious help here.... i got a problem with these frigging bolts!! theyre soo rusty i cant do anything to them ive tried wd40, ive tried torching them i even tried a hacksaw but the angle is soo bad i can barely cut em.
do you guys have any advice on removing super rusty and stuck bolts? there are the bolts ataching the CAT to the flex pipe and the flex pipe to the exhaust. I was at this for 6 hours today and acomplished nothing the only other thing i can think of right now is to get some power tools and cut the flex pipe and cut the CAT so i can remove that bracket and then hammer out the bolts. Is this a good idea? also anyone have any power tools that i could borrow that could do this? i think something like this could work http://www.lowes.com/pd_60502-70-D28...uantity_sold|1 |

Gets more V8

The idiot that fixed th exhaust on my mazda before I owned it had busted a bolt for the cat (and these thread into the flange itself) welded it on to them shut instead of tapping it out and removing it. Had to torch off the bolt.

Also try some PB Blaster or Deep Creep, wd40 sucks.

I hear ya. I guess that was also a "for future reference" bit of advise.
Have you tried an impact or a really, really long bar? |
