but what if you get the seats and then you wish you would have gotten new rubber...or are you planning on doing all of these things regardless and you just want to know what order we think you should go in?

go with the seats and harness. I have only been "strapped in" once and it was a totally different feeling in the car...your not going anywhere!

I agree with Ben. Just race the first few with what you have now and upgrade as you go. Im sure you really wont be pushing it to hard the first few times you run and then when you do start to push it harder you will find what the car is lacking and know what you need to upgrade first. But if you absolutely want to get something I say wheels and tires. 17's are large for autox.

yeah, i'm planning to do all of those things. maybe not the 2.3 swap i'm still not sure about that but everything else will be done i just don't know when.

i might drive hard my first time.. i'm not sure. we'll see this saturday.
but honestly my tires were budget tires when i got them last march, i thought they were pretty decent but since i've got my suspension and rear sway bar, the tires don't match the suspension. not enough grip. and the SVT 6 spokes weigh 21lbs?

if i were to get tires and wheels they would def not be 17s again. 15s MAYBE. 16s are what i'm leaning towards since there are more tire options in a 225 for them.

16's are what you need. most 15's wont fit w/svt brakes. my 16's are 205s if that matters

the svt brakes aren't much bigger then the 05-7 i thought?

yeah Jesse, my picks for wheels are rota slipstreams, motegi tracklites or even OZ ultraleggeras.
for tires, i'm gonna go with some dunlop star specs. those seem to be very hot in the autox scene here. great reviews as well.
