talk about over kill... why would you want a car like that if you don't drag it?? i don't get it. i'd rather have a 600hp stang or something. they look better imo. that would be just right.

Anyway you still going out to autox this weekend? I'll mostlikley go hang out for awhile

i always hated the "i need to find myself" excuse but i guess sometimes it's needed. i always felt like some people can and should find "themselves" with the one they call "the one" i mean that's what marriage is, you're suppose to grow together. but unfortunately these days a lot of people grow apart after a marriage. my brother and mom are perfect examples of this.
but the good news about that is that they're doing fine and will continue to be fine in life. so with that good luck Brock, i hope this works out for you. i really do.
and if you ever need a heineken partner just give me a call! we'll grab some brew!

Vince might come as well since he's gonna be 21 this weekend! oh and Jeff likes some cold brew too! Mike on the other hand, well we'll have to get that McLovin I.D. first! HA!
I won't actually be 21 till september.....but i would definitely take you up on the beer offer. i could use a drink right now. lol. but things are starting to work out at least a little bit. i can't say how things will end up happening but i can say that whatever does happen is going to be for the best.

I usually prefer mixed drinks as well but I will always accept a good beer.

Sorry if I missed it but how long have you been married? You couldn't even drink at your wedding (legally). I hope every thing does work out for you.

i need help from my fellow utahns & Ben.
i've got a couple of things i want to get for the Fo but i can't decide on what i want first.
so here goes,
Seats
SVT rear brakes
Racing wheels & good tires

seats will be the same price as the wheels and tires give or take a hundred.
brakes are 400 ish.
the thing is with the wheels and tires, i've got some decent ones and it's only my first season.... hmm

brakes can come last.... how well do you think they're gonna do when the back wheels are off the ground?

wheels? you've got wheels...... both steelies and SVT. I'd see if you can't get another pair of steelies with good tires on them. OR. don't bother with wheels and tires, since it's your first season I wouldn't expect you to (or should) push it. Have I ever done it? NO LOL but still, common sense......

how comfy are the seats? or for that matter, how comfy will they be when you're being thrown around?

i feel like i need more stopping power.. it's not bad but i'd like more.

steelies will not do well in autcross, they're too narrow for one and for two, they will flex and aren't as solid as a racing wheel. so that's out of the question.
i do have my SVT wheels, but they're 17"s and tires are a lot more for 17s. i was thinking of a 15x7 or even a 16x7 plus they would weigh about 8.5 pounds less at each corner..

i don't plan to push it my first race, but towards the end of the season i might be trying to pull a Nascar..

the seats, i haven't got a chance to sit in them, but all the reviews are perfect. corbeau is what i'm shooting for..

OR i can save that grand and put it towards a stage 2 turbo?? meh.
