yeah I dunno, I wanna see some stock black interiors!

I've also decided to hand paint the silver (gauge cluster face-cover and and radio surround excluded) with some silver paint then just clear coat it on or something. that damn little panel that's supposed to be around the shift boot and lever, well the damn this is just a molded part of the console.

anyway, I'll just do the sides of that piece, it should look NICE. then I'm debating on whether or not to use the same paint and do the whole door handles that color (though just the cap comes off, that's why I wanna do some hand painting. I have the skills lol, I can paint by hand)

BTW someone suggested target and walmart for the same kinda paint I've been getting. I dunno if they have that kinda crap though. huh.

I have not seen the painting, i would like to though.

And Walmart & Target have krylon fusion, which works just as well. some people even say it works better. i'd use both.

I dunno..... I've been scuffing this one panel that chipped the first time I did it when I used the other paint, so I sprayed it again and I've still been scuffing it but no chipping this time

plus I think if I get the chance, I'll repaint that trim under the window before the hood....that thing's practically gray now lol.

How much do you guys know about wiring up lighting into vehicles? I wanna add an LED strip and want some opinions. I'm planning on putting above my cup holders for some ambient type lighting. I am trying to figure out if I should just power them through my Park lights via the headlight switch on the panel and or if I should use a switch for optional on off capabilities. If I add a switch I need a discrete way of mounting it, because I want it to look as stock as possible and I don't like how tacky it looks when you use those plastic switches. On my buddies FJ we mounted it into a plate where a factory switch would go, but the Foci don't really have anywhere to do the same thing. Any suggestions?

You could put the switch in the cd cubby on the left.. i don't really use mine.

I say patch it through to your parking lights.... that's what I would do if I ever put some interior lighting on.

that way, if you ever want some light inside during the day, just turn on the parking lights, then at night they're still on when the headlights are on. though I always drive with my lights on lol.

Oh and i just found out that the price of the SAP front bumper is going to be 738.62 unpainted. and that's with my step fathers discount.. unbelievable. i hope he is talking about the SAP package.. (front & rear bumper) if that's the right price looks like i'll be getting a different bumper..
