im not sure 100% if its aluminum but thats what it looks like on his car. mine is noticably different. mine looks brand new and i live on a dirt road whereas he lives on pavement and his lookd like old oxidized aluminum or something. im glad mine is composite because the aluminum would pit over time with the temp changing all the time and cause leaks i would think. ill try to get pics of his and mine to show the difference.
