with a coilover kit you have adjustability over just a lowering kit. you can adj the drop or raise it... which is great for different situations. plus coilover are very much more expensive if you haven't looked into them already.

coil over's .. 'usually' will give you a much stiffer ride, in addition to being adjustable.

what are you using your car for?...

depending on the company, coil overs can become very uncomfortable on long road trips, even at their highest setting... just in the experiences i've had

typically also, a coilover kit will also be of a higher quality, now mind you, eibach does make springs, shocks and coilovers, but the coilovers have that extra special touch that makes them look and feal oh so nice, so bling factory is up! lol

i have eibach sportlines with FRPP shocks, and i plan on maybe getting koni coilovers within a year.

coilovers > everything

my coilovers are FARRRRRRRRRRRRr more comfortable then my sportlines were with AGXs...they ride far superior.

I'd say if u just wanna drop ur car a few inches to give it a nicer look and stance and ur not into motorsports or simply dont use it for motorsports oftenly go for a set of lowering springs and shocks. If u want ur car to perform and u use it for motorsport a lot and want the best in improving cornering etc etc on ur car then I'd say go with the coilovers. It all really comes down to what ur gonna use ur car for.

i cant imagine any time, besides price, that lowering kits and better the coilovers.

my car performs amazing on the street, canyons, drag strip, etc. far better then the sportlines/agxs.

you can get ANY drop you want with coilovers...you aren't limited to one...so if its not low enough or too low...change it. very simple.

get coilovers. period. there shouldnt be a discussion here. they are FARRRRRRRRRRR superior guys...

if you wanna save yourself some money...get matches dampers and springs tho. thats the only other good way to do it. like eibachs or konis etc...
