2003 SVT Gauge cluster stopped working

I have a 2003 SVT, the gauge cluster has stopped working, the entire thing is not functioning. Recent maintenance within the last 2-3 months includes an alternator and an ignition cylinder, all by reputable companies or a dealer.

If either of those, if the work wasn't good could cause this issue it would give me a place to start troubleshooting. Otherwise I've checked all the fuses under the dash, none blown. Not to say the ignition cylinder is the cause but a week after having it replaced the dash went out, also if there is any way of testing the alternator grounds and wires, tips would be great (I'm new to foci).

Need to get this fixed, it's my daily commuter type car, and it sucks not having any of the gauges working to drive.

any help greatly appreciated. thanks.

bump, the gauges still aren't working, there was a blown fuse on the 'gauge or related' diagram on the fuse panel box, I replaced it. reset the ecu.

Another issue that's occurring at the same time is the battery won't stay charged.

The starter and ignition cycloid have been replaced recently, so unless they were incorrectly replaced those can't be the issue.
