Is there any wires inside the engine compartment, coming through the fire wall that look like they don't belong? That is the only thing that I can think those wires were for.

well if its not a stock sub(maybe stock wires, but i dont think so), those r speaker wires for the sub to the amp. look for a big red wire on the positive terminal of ur battery, good indicator of a previous system

I'd at least put electrical tape over em so they won't blow any fuses out if they are connected to an amp or something.

those are 8 gauge... looks like power and ground (same color... brilliant...) for <500W amp... definitely nothing to do with anything stock. if you can pop that big carpet panel off your stock sub and figure out where they go, you'd probably want to just pop them out unless there's actually somethin in there that's worth hanging on to.

Yep i'm gonna try to check if they pass through the firewall. With that kind of wires,i guess you need to be connected to the battery.
