anyone cut it a little furthar back and put in a glasspack to make a little deeper tone?? im thinking about doing that but i just thought id see if anyone else has

Thats my setup. I had the lunch box cut outa dn pipe with a tip put there. Then the resinator cut out with a 12" glass pack put in. It has a nice deep throaty sound to it.

Heres my sound clip. Yes I know its a SPI not a Dtec, but it wont sound that differant.

ya but i want to leave the resonator in too, i have an auto zx4, i dont wanna make it really loud just have a nice quiet tone to it

Has anyone tried this on a wagon? I once heard that it made a droning resonance inside the car at certain RPMs. Any one have an experiance with this?

My 09 SES does not have it (I noticed when I installed the hitch). So if you donot want to use flex pipe get the tailpipe off an 09 SES.

You must have the special "performance exhaust" that some of them come with. My 09 had a box. I never got around to doing a Lunch box removal I just did the whole exhaust.
