Issues with HIDs PLEASE HELP

ok so i bought some ebay hid/housing lights... when i first got them in i had a bad ballast so i sent it in.. the whole time it was being swapped my remaining light worked great.. little out of aim but good otherwise. i got my new ballast in today (warranty exchange) and not even 30 minutes of use later.. the first one goes out. any ideas what could do this? my DRL's are off, i think i've replaced the fuse.. hard to tell which one exactly is the right one.

what could be doing this. i don't have the money to buy a new set of ballasts right now, although i think i may need to just do that and get away from the no name ballasts that came with the lights.

this was/is a complete plug and play kit. there were no ground wires to wire other than the halos.
