The only driving I did on it was up and down the driveway to put my dad's Miata back in the garage. But it was enough to get some good suspension actuation going. It's a steep driveway with tree roots growing under it. Good bumps.

Its all done! Was actually able to tighten them in the car. I opened the doors and bounced the car up and down while my dad took our cut down wrench and the impact with a 9mm socket on it and tightened them til it stopped shaking.

Its like a totally different car. It feels like my dads Miata. He has KYB adjustables on his car.

Thanks!

To the OP, thanks for this write up. Made chaning the suspension a breeze. All 4 corners done in 3 hours and that includes a lunch break between the fronts and rears!

1 small problem

Man awesome write up. From never doing and suspension stuff at all the install was flawless. I do have one problem though. As I was using the mallet to separate the control arm from the strut I believe I hit the abs line because now my traction control is off and the light is on as in the abs light. Anybody have the issue??

I never beat directly on parts like that. I put a piece of wood on the spindle arm and beat on that with a rubber mallet. Softens the blow considerably.
