Meh, it's alright. I like the wheels but not in chrome. And that roof spoiler is a big turn-off for me. I do like the rest of it though. Can't wait to see it in person cause pictures on the net never really do anything for me.

They took a sound beating in the automotive press for the weird styling of the car (yes, '08 owners, styling is subjective, don't get upset) and took some measures to please the critics. With the Euro Focus hopefully right around the corner for North America, how much money would they possibly invest in a design that was only meant to be around as a stopgap in the first place?

The only thing I would criticize perhaps is that the inclusion of the SVT wheels highlights how badly the car needs a drop and even bigger wheels, they look lost in that wheel opening.

It's still a hodge podge of a bunch of different elements and it's still off a bit, especially, ESPECIALLY from the rear. It's like it can't make up it's mind what it want to be. It should be a hatch. I think that rear spoiler is part of the problem. I don't think I've ever really seen that on a coupe, on hatch yea, but not a coupe. Frankly I'm shocked so many people like it. It's a start in the right direction, but man it needs some work. Maybe with some after market help it can be made great? But hey guys, those vents are gone so... it is really worlds better! :)

Now that's a focus! And they always have there foot in the door for the younger croud like us, and I might consider getting one in the future.

I like the changes in the front end. The front end of the 08 is why I did not buy a new one. The new rims are nice. I want a large rear wing though. I love my SAP rally style rear wing on my 06. Also not too thrilled about the new stereo that CANNOT be changed out with an aftermarket. This 09 looks better than the 08, thats for sure.

02-04 svt's still are the best lookin foci ever produced imo, but this is defninantly an improvement. i hated those fake chrome grills on the side
