Like I said to the member I was trying to address earlier, know your facts before you speak on a topic in full please. I don't know the situation between the two parties in question here, because I wasn't there. The topic I was addressing was "when is focusfanatics going to stop this?!" Oh yeah, the whole moderators can ban for no reason comment; grow up !!! Why do we have a rules and regs page? Why do the moderators adhere to those guidelines? Because if they didn't we would have little Hitlers running around with the ban button attached to their hearts and every time anyone said something a mod didn't like they would be banned. Last time I checked you could already have that style of forum on FJ.

Very true, but we all should be working together to not let some deals go south. That's the reason why we have such a great website and I would hate to lose potential deals just because a few people can't adhere to a deal they've made. All of those that are commenting don't want that to happen and I'm glad that Tom came in to lay some ground rules.

.......ALMOST everyone here who has "chimed" in has had a encounter with him(sometimes good)...and he never follows through....he does when hes damn good and ready and just gives people the run around.
