I use MaxATF and it has helped a ton. I run the nitrous on weekends, lol, and occasionally during the week and I rely on it. I mointor trans temp using the test mode on the trip meter and the runs with RP in there as opposed to whatever Ford puts in it are way colder. It was one of the reasons I stepped up in shot size to 75. My trans was running under the perimeter temp levels I was advised by other racers to stay at or below.
And by other racers I mean Super Comp racers, Pro Comp, Team Summit, etc. Not 16 yr old's racing mom and dads lexus. So there are credible sources.

Smoothing is noticeably different, and temps are down but as for the stuff you are asking about I don't know. Its RP, you can trust it. If you run RP oil you know what I mean.

It has taken care of mine. Befoer on the stock tune for the shift points and what not there was a serious lag in the shifts on the nitrous. Now the shifts are a little quicker and smoother. Usually as the trans fluid heats up the trans starts to slip. SO on spray it heats up super quick as you get to the end of the track, usually the shift into third gear is the worst lagging about .5 seconds or more. Not anymore. It won't replace the mechanical upgrades available or a tune from FS, but it does help everyday conditions and running my fofo on a 75 shot with good trans temps as opposed to the 50 shot with border line temps.

I used it at 30k, I'll be switching back to FoMoCo fully synth manual fluid at 60k, it's thin and you can tell, don't know how well the gears and syncs like it.
