Question HELP Focus ST170 headlight problem

ok, i cant post in the buy and sell for some reason but maybe someone can help. where can i find parts for the ST170 headlights? my aimers wont work on both lights cause they both have some broken ball joint parts ( the part that is a black plastic cup shape that clips onto the metal pole for the headlights to be aimed)

can i fix this? glue? ones completley gone....i need some small parts or what can i do to fix this aiming problem? jam something under the reflector housing to get it to be appropriate height? cause the headlights dont shine further than my fog lights and my light coverage is like 5 feet in front of car.

help please?

For replacement parts, you'll probably have to buy another set of ST170 or other "facelift" Euro headlights.

I had a similar problem with my Mach headlights. My fix was hose clamps, I didn't take any pictures of it and I can't even remember exactly how I did it anymore but it works. Zip ties would probably work as well.

So, put a screw in the reflector housing in the hole where is should be, and put a zip tie from te metal shaft with the ball on the end, to the screw in the back of the housing? Will it hold?

It's worth a shot. I've never seen ST170's in person so I don't know exactly how they are made inside, but play around and you should be able so make something that will work

I have a set that my son broke the lenses and case`s on when he rear ended another car, I will go look in the shed and see if the adjusters are still good might be able to use the parts to fix yours. I will get back to you on this.

Ok cause all I need is the plastic ball cup piece that screws into the reflector housing with a gold bolt. The one for the high beams. Or all of them if you can get them

Thanks
