Angry Need Some Authority Help!!!
When you negotiate a trade and all is going good until the day you send your items to the other person and you then find out that he (doesnt have the money) to ship your items to you, but you thought you clearly negotiated on the shipping situation, what do you do??

I have lost all contact with the person and am getting very upset! I have takin a 1600 dollar loss and need some help PLEASE!!!!!!

Bummer! It sounds like you have been taken for a ride. And the lesson learned is at a cost that no-one wants to pay... If all contact has been lost it is going to be hard to take them to court..

Small claims court? No clue man, it sucks that this happened but it will teach ya a lesson none the less. If you do not have the money/time/information to take it to small claims court, I am sorry to say but you are SOL.

never on high dollar items just turn the money over to them. use an escrow service, they dont get the money until you verify you have the part.

Yah. He played me well! We were on the phone during the process of me shipping him the stuff then he said I am shipping yours. The next day I found out he never shipped anything.
How do you go about small claims court???

No it was just a trade there was no money involved.

I traded a full turbo kit with everything for some rims and a hood!
and it was to a guy I met on this site! MAJOR BUMMER!!!
