In oreder to put his to work your going to have to spend about a day or so preping the piece. I use hand sanding, sanding blocks, and the grind wheel. No D/A because they have a habit of digging in a little deep.

Start around the edges of your lines and clean them up. Meaning no rough stuff anywhere. Get along the edges of the original piece as well and clean those up. The grinder comes in handy here.

I don't wanna hear crap about the white socks either, its friggin ealry in this pic!!

Can you give me a mask please. Breathing is a needed thing so proect your lungs. That or you'll be coughing up bright red shit along with bleeding every time you blow your nose for a week. Fiber GLASS people, don't forget.

I think its time for this stuff...

Funny they have a Mustang on the can... Trying to make a statement about Ford are we?

Notice the color of the spreaders? That is the color your bondo should be after mixing it properly. These spreaders are made by Bondo and can be picked up all over. They are semi flexible giving you good clean lines and edges as well as letting you round edges. When it has passed the work time (like glass) just let it dry and then bend it a little. The old bondo will fall right off. Strongly suggest these for anyone just starting with Bondo work.

The roller is for the milkshake so we can forget about that for right now. If you don't know the "milkshake" is a combination of bondo, creme hardner, fiberglass rez, and MEKP. You have to mix the two seperatly and then mix the two together so all four combine. Its just like duraglass only a little easier to work with, and as you can imagine strong as hell!!!
