is putting in the oil sump baffle any harder than putting in the BS delete? Because i figure i should do both at one time rather than taking every thing apart twice.

Not really worth it for anyone to do that. If 1 of us were a a manufacturer, it'd be more worth, dynoing over maybe 5 hp isn't worth the $80 for a $30part.

Just curious if a BSD was quantified beyond the butt dyno & increased felt vibration? 5HP for ~$30 would be a respectable gain though. Looking through the dyno thread it seemed that there were steps backward in HP (or no change) for more than that.

Well, you're saving 20 pounds in the engine, freeing up rotation, that 5hp they say you gain is prob'ley at the crank, but I think Tony said he noticed better throttle response.

I am curious how displacement was increased on the 2.0 vs 2.3 Duratec (as to why BS had to be added on the 2.3). Does anyone know if it has a larger bore, stroke, both?
