they shouldnt be on that tight i used a 3/8 drive wrench and an extension to get them out.

Did you get 'em off? If slip a length of pipe (like a couple ft long) over your ratchet handle you can get more torque out of it

Installed BSD on my 06 Focus ST two days ago and today was first day on the road.
Feels like engine responds faster and there is some extra vibration. Best thing is the car sounds much better than before...much more "authority". I like the idea of an additional quart of oil in the sump too.

I've had cfm's udp's for a few yrs now w/ no issues. And to add to Sailors next mod,= VF's dogbone, A Steeda STS is a great upgrade also. And just think some people say its a waste of time & $ to mod a car.
