HA HA I've had mine in the pkg for over a year now. I actually took my mount off to put these in, but got frustrated when I coundn't get the stock rubber out...lol. Thanks for the write-up. +rep!

This is something I want to do too! That and the end-link bushings... they are so loud sometimes. (Searches for the cheap end-link how-to )

I just installed these, and at first I had a tough time getting the factory bushings out. I found that instead of beating on them directly with a hammer, if you hammer a flathead screwdriver through the outermost portion of the bushing in a couple of places, they then come out very easy. Of course, with this method there's no going back to the orininals, but it does make it much easier.

In WD40's how-to for the VF rear motor mount, he stated that the two motor mount bolts and the two plate bolts should be torqued to 35lbs-ft.. this is what I did and is working out fine.

I just finished mine, the factory ones were soooo hard to get out, do what the guy above me told u to do, get a screw driver and pry the plastic away. for the small one i cut the middle out and did it that way, its sooo much easer. as for aligning it back up for instal, take the side plate off of the front one that bolts to the trans

I needed this write up. I bought my mount inserts from Mike at Hilbish. Can't wait to install them (and my suspension and my Procharger and....)

i did this a few months ago and liked how it made the car pick up but fair warning to any one who dose this they have a bad habit of coming out.. mine did that a few times before i went and bought the VF mount.
