Cfm short throw shifter quick question

I bought a cfm short throw from someone that was never installed....only thing it didn't come with was screws. The person i got it from said you use the stock ones and confirmed that with cfm....I cannot get in touch with them until Monday and I'd like to get it in this weekend. Does anybody know if this is true? Or do I need to get new screws? Thanks in advance!

As long as your screws are long enough to get through the riser plate and still thread in you are good to go.

Thanks for the response. I installed with the stock bolts. Everything worked out great! At first I didn't have reverse then I adjusted the cable and now 5 and 6 are a little difficult so I guess another minor adjustment is due

^ Yeah, it will do that. You have to adjust both and believe me it takes quite a few tries before you get it good enough. For me, getting 5&6 & reverse to all work was the problem. You have to find that sweet spot in the middle so you can get into every gear smooth. Dont you just love the Getrag... I do love my cfm sts tho, I have that shit set as low as it goes!
