Even if all of your worries are true (vc gasket, t-stat housing and endlinks), you are probably looking at 4 hours of labor at about $80/hour. With parts and labor, you are probably looking at a balpark of about $450 total.
T-stat housing is fine... VC gasket i may DIY...
Endlinks, I will try with my friend LOL
i want to learn more about car, so i really want to DIY...

I swapped the endlinks out on my ZX3 yesterday in less than 45 minutes. A little WD40 and the correct tools and its very straightforward. Car handles like new and not a squeak or creak to mention now.

I did it today too...
I don have tool, so went and ask 1 of my friend to help...
he doesn't have correct too either... take us 1 and a half hour to get it done...
pay him $35 because used his time...
but hey, now drive like new...
F^K Big O tires... they want me to replace a full new supension system!! haha
4 bolts and that's it!! LOL

my next project!! I will do it myself!! Target, Valve cover Gasket!!
let me know your experience guys LOL
which can help me hit the bull eye!! the frist time LOL
no mess~ save money LOL
