Called the Post Office today..

Gave them the tracking number.. it shows that they (usps) were notified electronically to expect a pick up.. and nothing else. It doesnt show that it was picked up or anything.

They (usps) took my info and should have a response back by 5pm tomorrow.

USPS tracking is worthless. Every time I have something shipped by them it never updates, even after I have the package in my hands the website continues to say "electronic pickup notification."

Rob is good on his word, he has always had problems keeping rotors in stock.. they are a high demand item.

As far as the person saying that theses "US" stores only order 1 item at a time, that is not the case with Rob.

As for the 40.00 shipping on floormats, you need to talk to Rob about that. He's a good guy, and I've known him for atleast 8 yrs... I'm sure he'll take care of you... if he knows whats going on.

ZXTuner.com should of sign into FR webpage being a FR dealer and made sure it was in stock 1st before asking for the money.
Steeda is a good 1 for not keeping anything in stock as they deal with CFM and CFM deals through Focus Sport.

He should order more rotor in then whats being ordered.
If he can't get the rotor in stock and where he gets the rotor from don't have any then why say I can ship it off next week????

Got a call back from the Post Office.. They have no trace of a package pick up from the sender's location. Great.

I guess i will send Rob another email and hope for a response. I really need these rotors so i can do my brakes.

FWIW, it is illegal to charge the card prior to shipping. This is the law. Hopefully you can get this taken care of by your credit card company, but time is running out. I'd do it now and not wait until it's too late. If he does come thru while this is being adjusted than you can straighten that out. Don't worry about inconveniencing him. He had his chance, it's been too long and no communications. This is a no brainer. You gots to defend yourself.

Yeah call the card company and ask them what to do. There is also the Better Business Bureau.

I know you have paid for them.
Try Performance Friction Brakes on 1-800-521-8874 (E.U.A.)
They only make front brake pads
I'm not sure if they have any rotor for a Focus.

Okay.. Friday I sent an email to zxtuner. Today, sunday i get a response.

Here it is:
"i'm truly sorry for the grief - i have made 4 trips now in as many weeks to pick up rotors and they do not have them ready. this last time the owner confessed he send a pallet of rotors for plating and they got mixed up with another suppliers pallet. he guaranteed me he'll ship them out as soon as he gets them back in after i told him to order more rotors and just ship the lost ones when they are found.

he should be sending via 3 day prioirty mail next week.

Since I ordered these rotors back on March 19th.. dont you think something more should be done to get me my rotors?? Just wondering.. ya know.

Well.. I just got done spending $200 on a set of Rotors from CFM.. they'll be here in 3 days. Woo Hoo ! Why didnt i do this in the first place?

Now I need to get a refund from ZXTuner..
