I just find that rude as not to call or email back.
He should of call you back and said look its taking alot longer then 1st thought I'm sorry and that would of been good enough.
The problem is that alot of these performance shop in the U.S don't have anything in stock and they won't just order 1 item in until they have enough to order as it cost to much for 1 item.

yeah even if he did ship them its not very good business to stay out of contact especially when you left messages and emails. communication is key in good business. ive been wanting to order a few thigns from that site but after reading this i might just stay away.

Just something to add.......
I bought an svt steering wheel and some Ford Racing floormats from them.
They sent the floormats, but no steering wheel.
There was no receipt or anything with the floormats, and no word about the steering wheel.
I got one email thanking me for my purchase on the day I bought them, but thats it.
Then about a week later, I noticed the svt steering wheel was no longer listed on their site.
Then I got my bank statement and noticed I only got charged for the floormats....but....
I still was charged the $40 shipping for just freakin floormats......that is just rediculous.
I won't be making a purchase from them again.......thats for sure.

Well.. still no rotors.

Got the email from USPS but it only says they were notified of a pick up.. thats it. Nothing else about them being shipped.

Wow... ordered my Rotas through him and they took a bit over a week to get here, which i thought was good for coast to coast shipping for wheels. He answered my questions pretty promptly when I emailed him too... hope you get this worked out!

Yeah I know what you mean. I ordered parts from an online store and I only found out they were on backorder after I called them 4 days after my money was taken.
