Screwed by ZXTuner.com ?

On March 19th I ordered rotors for my 2005 zx5 from the ZXTuner.com website. Transaction posted on March 21st. It is now April 4th.. 17 days later and I have no rotors.

I sent an email to Rob (how convenient of a name) asking how long it would take to get those shipped out to the East Coast. After waiting 36 hours my email was responded to:

"thanks for the order and sorry for the delay - my vendor was supposed to have them ready for me two weeks ago but so far i have not gotten an exact update from him. i should have them by next week, since that will be the next trip out to his location for pick up. once i have them, i'll be shipping priority mail, a 3 day service"

That email was sent back to me on March 26th. That week has come and gone.. nothing.

I have called and called both numbers at the top of the website.. all they do is ring and go to voicemail. I have left about 4 messages on the voicemail and I have sent an additional 3 emails. No responses to either. Wonderful.

I now dont have the money to go buy another set and wait for Rob to refund my money. I am in desperate need of a brake job and cannot afford to wait around. What can i do about getting my money back quickly? He has had my money for over 17 days... and i am still without rotors. Oh yeah.. i ordered these ahead of our April 12th Garage Day... looks like i am screwed.

I cant remember if i have seen their ad on top of the FF screen. But if it is there.. I say take it down as they are not a company worth doing business with. My $.02

I'm sorry for what is happing to you. you kinda have to sit back an your head an ask your self why do people screw other people?.......do they think i's fun? are they that desperate for money? people like that need to be all the time juust to keep there ass in check.

I bought the same rotors and had no problems with them, if Rob says he has problems with the distributer I'd believe it. As for calling them are you sure your calling within the local business hours? I called a few times discussing a few things with them and never got an answer machine.

I have called during business hours on every call.. nothing.

I have left messages and emails.. nothing.

20 days later.. nothing.

I believe, by law, a vendor cannor charge your card until the goods are shipped. Call your cc company and see if it's been charged, then cancel, and reorder somewhere else. A lot of aftermarket stuff is bought from india and china, and takes forever to turn around.

thats not true.

why would they ship goods unless they had money? thatd be dumb on their part. because you could get a shipping notification and then immediately cancel the payment.

sorry this is happening bro. hopefully hell get it resolved.

Got a shipping notice from USPS.

Hopefully I'll get my rotors before the garage day this coming saturday. Phew!

I hate when things take so long.. i know i might have jumped the gun, but thats me.
