fuse box 05-07

I'm sure this has been asked to death, but gimme a break, I'm new here (kidding).

anyway... anyone know which one is the fuse for the friggin cigarette lighter??? It went south on me a while ago and I can't charge my phone or my zune and it's driving me nuts.
also... there seems to be two different fuseboxes... one in the engine compartment, and anotherone under the dashboard... something about relays or whatever. I checked them both, and at first sight they seem to be ok, not sure though 'cause there's like 100 different fuses and I didn't feel like pulling them all out one by one.
any help will be appreciated.

Ya I was just gonna say go to the fuse box under the dash. And as said before, your manual should have a couple of pages listing what fuse number different compnents are.
