Lightbulb A good alternative to the stock SVTF wheels

Hello all, I just wanted to share some information I discovered.

Most opinions are that the ('02-'03) SVTF wheels are great looking on our cars. As for complaints - they are not lightweight, by any means and (supposedly) the material is too soft.

My suggestion for a quality alternative is the Centerline Storm Series. This wheel has a three year luster warranty, is forged, not cast, and looks good too.
Seeing as it is forged, it is very strong and (the manufacturer claims) extremely light weight.
It is available at Jegs' (price was $171.++ for 17 inchers).

BTW, our wheel bolt circle or diameter is 108mm - which is the same as 4.5".

Just a small corection 4x108 is equvilant to 4x4.25, 4x114.3 is equal to 4x4.5, I would hate to see someone order rims with the wrong pattern.

Good call...Centerline does make 4x108 42mm offset. See if Jegs will do the same price. They are only advertising the most popular FWD bolt pattens.

Sorry about the bad poop (RE: size of 108mm bolt pattern).
Yes, it is 4 (holes) X 4.25''.
The good thing is that Centerline does have that size listed on it's website - just not on Jegs'. I will try and find a retailer that has this size.

It is available at Summit Racing for about $30.00 more per wheel - as well as a few other (less known) places
