Then why the need for different aftermarket throttle bodies atx/mtx??

the main difference that I see, is that the MTX TB doesn't have the same bracket as the automatic. What I am thinking, (i really need to look at an original mtx focus) is that the AUTO focus throttle cables are held still on the throttle body itself. The MTX focus throttle cables are held somewhere else. Similar to how the actual transmission shift cable sleeves are held onto the trans by a bracket while the cable moves in/out.

that would suck to forget lol

its just that the master cylinder goes inside the car by the pedal so i wouldnt think it would go together with the reservoir and lines

Oh that. I didn't change that. The 2 other people that have completed multiple swaps never said it was necessary to change.

so, what was the grand total for ALL of the parts required for the swap?

im thinking that if my auto tans takes a dive at the right time ill do an mtx swap...

assuming its about 1000 for the parts, then it might be do-able for me
