ok no horn tooting here if anything im cutting myself down. you are going on about there being 2 things that cause wheel hop. lack of equipment to prevent it and lack of driving skill. ok well i probably lack both of those so give me some pointers. what equipment do i need and what can i do as far as driving goes to cut back wheel hop? i dont want any flaming BS about how im a moron or how i think the stock axles are crap.

poly front control arm bushings, stiff shocks, focussport lower front stress bar

thats what im doing next in addition to the dogbone mount for my car to get rid of wheel hop.. supposedly they help a lot from all the research ive done. and in that order from helping most to least..

That FS lower stress bar wont do a thing for drag racing, or any stress bar in general, save your money.

I was snapping axles left and right i have replacing them down to a science i think they r hollow hunks of junk personally. My first snap was at 173whp but it snapped in the center.... just twisted it was the nastiest snap ive seen... Every other time has been the CV axle. I rather spend 60 bucks on a half shaft then 600+ on some billet ones that if they dont snap something else does.. and trust me something else did. my first problem was at 123k miles i snapped my final drive gear that was the craziest sounding popping noise ive ever heard from a transmission. I still have the broken tranny as like a reminder... But i couldnt care less... and 700whp would be less prone to snapping right? more Hp more wheel spin... I may be wrong but thats what i would figure. I cant be convinced that the half shafts are good either but i rather them then a transmission.

LSD Made all the difference tho.... havent had one go yet.

Just curious. What are yall's HP to the wheels? Just wondering what yall are putting down to be breaking axles. Also are yall running drag slicks.

the fs lower stress bar is supposed to help some with wheelhop, not as much as some other things, but help some yes.. do you have one FOCUS_3XZ?? reviews from people who have them have said good things about the lower stress bar. the uppers dont do anything, but the lower is supposed to tighten things up cornering and reduce subframe flex during hard acceleration..

its gonna be installed the same time as a cfm rear mount so we'll see how they help
