Exhaustish leakish sound

So theres a 'snappy' noise coming frmo the engine bay, after further inspection i found that the egr valve is broken around the area where it mounts to the manifold. Was wondering if this should be replace and where could i get one cheap ish. Also would this be a result of my 'running lean CEL or my dead o2 sensor.

Now sounds like the perfect time for you to get a tune.
You could have them completely disable the egr system, and you could just plug the hole in the exhaust manifold, and in the intake manifold. They could also fix your running lean issues, and you'd pick up some nice power all over the powerband from a tune.
If you don't want to go this route yet, then yeah....at least fix it.
The only place I can think to get one is a ford dealership.

Well I'm probably selling the car soon and getting a tune was out of the picture along time ago when tom said he could only tune it for me if i drove down there for a dyno tune.. I live in Washington.. As for the lean issue I think a new o2 will fix that. Any idea how much a new egr valve will run me?
